We understand that privacy is paramount. Every order processed through our facility is handled with absolute discretion. Your items will be securely vacuum-sealed to ensure product integrity and dispatched in plain, unmarked courier boxes or standard bubble mailers.

There are no external logos, branding, or indicators of the contents on the outside of the package. The return address will reflect an anonymous logistics partner, ensuring your purchase remains completely private.

2. Processing and Dispatch Times

Our fulfillment center operates with a 12-hour average dispatch target to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed and payment-cleared before 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.

3. Delivery Methods and Timeframes

We partner with top-tier logistics networks to provide reliable delivery options. During checkout, you may select from the following:

  • Standard Secure Shipping: Typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Overnight Express Delivery: Prioritized routing that typically arrives by the next business day after dispatch.

Please note: While we ensure rapid handover to our courier partners, precise delivery times may occasionally be impacted by severe weather, local carrier delays, or holidays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the courier, a tracking number will be generated automatically. This tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided during checkout. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking system to update with live transit data.

5. Delivery Guarantees & Lost Packages

We assume full responsibility for your package while it is in transit. If an order is lost by the courier, held up indefinitely, or fails to arrive, it is covered under our 100% Delivery Guarantee. As outlined in our Refund Policy, we will either issue a full refund or provide a complimentary overnight reshipment.

6. Address Accuracy

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not liable for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you realize an error was made, please contact our support team immediately before the package is dispatched.
