Refund Policy

1. Physical Return Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns of any pharmacological items once they have been dispatched from our fulfillment center. This applies to all inventory, including standard blister packs and Open Pills formats. We ask that you double-check your order details carefully before completing checkout.

2. The 100% Delivery Guarantee

We stand by the reliability of our logistics network. If your package is lost in transit, seized, or fails to arrive within the designated timeframe due to an error on our part or the courier’s part, you are fully protected.

Under our 100% Delivery Guarantee, you may choose between a full refund of your purchase price or a complimentary overnight reshipment of your original order.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect items, we will correct the issue immediately at no additional cost to you.

  • You must contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Please provide a clear photograph of the damaged items or incorrect package alongside your shipping label.
  • Once verified, we will immediately process a full refund or expedite a replacement package.

4. Order Cancellations

Because we utilize an expedited 12-hour dispatch system, the window for canceling an order is very brief. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our 24/7 support team immediately.

  • If your order has not yet been processed and handed over to the courier, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • If a tracking number has already been generated and the package dispatched, the order can no longer be canceled.

5. Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is approved by our support team, the processing time depends on your original payment method:

  • Cryptocurrency: Refunds will be sent back to the wallet address you provide within 24 hours. Due to market volatility, refunds are processed based on the USD value of the order at the time of purchase.
  • Zelle / Cash App / Venmo: Transfers are typically initiated within 24-48 business hours.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
